If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at contact@the-storybookco.com within 5 days of delivery. Include a description of the problem along with photo evidence so we can assess the situation. 

Upon receiving your email, we will promptly review the issue and assist in arranging a replacement. Please note that all replacement requests must be submitted within 5 days of receiving your order, as we are unable to process any requests after this time frame.
