Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.  

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping: 7-10 business days  
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, carrier delays, etc.).

**Shipment confirmation & order tracking**  
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 - 48 hours.

**Damages**  
The StoryBook Co. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

International Shipping Policy

Kindly note, as the purchaser or recipient, it's your responsibility to anticipate potential import fees, duties, or charges when buying from our website and shipping to your location.

If a shipment/order is refused due to non-payment of C.O.D charges, import fees, duties, or charges, shipping costs paid won't be refunded.

Please ensure a valid international shipping address is provided for your shipment(s)/order(s).

Shipping Changes

If you need to make a change to your shipping address or shipping method after placing your order, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once the order is processed.
